Terms & Conditions of Sale

Scope

These terms apply to purchases from the Aalya textile shop at aalya.ch, operated by Aalya AG, Route Principale 101, 1642 Sorens, Switzerland. Furniture is not sold online; furniture is supplied on the basis of an individual written quote.

Contract

Product presentations are not binding offers. By completing payment you place a binding order. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is made by card or wallet through Stripe at the time of ordering. [Replace: confirm VAT treatment for deliveries outside Switzerland with your accountant.]

Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times are indicated per product or at checkout. Withdrawal and returns

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please inspect goods on receipt and report visible defects to office@aalya.ch.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. [Replace: place of jurisdiction.]
